Job Description


Access Point is hiring for an upper level Administrative Assistant to support the president. This will be a full time, trial hire opportunity in Jackson, MI. Position will be 1st shift and will pay based on experience.  

Job Requirements


Qualified applicant will be responsible for support with all Administrative responsibilities, assist in creating monthly management reports for clients, responsible for maintaining monthly client reports, meet ad-hoc reporting needs,engage in critical analysis of data with focus on pro-active actions, ability to identify and respond to trends in data, prepare materials for client meetings, conference calls, etc., prepare agendas and minutes for client meetings, track agenda follow-up materials to client meetings from various sources, calendar management, prepare correspondence, and produce necessary documentation. Must be highly computer literate, motivated, organized, energetic and have at least 7 years administrative experience or a Bachelors degree.
